Which interdental brush size should you choose?
Start with the space you need to clean, rather than choosing by brand or colour alone. Check each product's size information and the fit recommended by your dental hygienist. A brush should fit comfortably; do not push a brush through a space where it does not fit.
You may need more than one size for different parts of your mouth. A handle you can grip comfortably can help you reach the back teeth. Ask your dental hygienist to demonstrate the fit and technique; for a space too tight for a brush, ask whether floss is suitable.
