Depending on how you use our website, we may process the following personal data:

We do not process special-category personal data unless this is necessary to answer a question you have submitted yourself.

  • Order and invoice records: seven years, in accordance with statutory tax retention requirements;
  • Customer service correspondence: for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry or complaint;
  • Website data: no longer than necessary for security and analytics.

Once the retention period expires, personal data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Sharing personal data with third parties

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

To provide our services, we may share personal data with carefully selected partners who process that data solely on behalf of SchoneMond Experience.

  • Shopify, our e-commerce platform;
  • payment providers processing transactions;
  • carriers delivering orders;

Where legally required, we enter into a data processing agreement with parties processing personal data on our behalf.

Our website and online shop are not specifically directed at children under 16.
