RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

At SchoneMond Experience, your satisfaction matters to us. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. This page explains how returns and withdrawal work.
1. Right of withdrawal
When you purchase a product from our online shop as a consumer, you may withdraw from the agreement within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason.
The cooling-off period begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receive the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly within this period that you wish to cancel the agreement.

2. Return period
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further fourteen (14) days to return the product.
Please package the product carefully to prevent damage during transport.
3. Conditions for returns
To qualify for a full refund, please:
- handle the product carefully;
- return it in its original packaging where reasonably possible;
- include all supplied parts and accessories;
- package the product adequately for transport.
You may inspect the product only as you would in a physical shop.
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, a deduction may be made for any reduction in value.
4. Hygiene products
Because of the nature of oral-care products, certain items are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Products unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned if their seal has been broken after delivery.
This exception is based on Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.
Reimbursement is made no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the products or you have provided proof of dispatch, whichever happens first.
Your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Return costs
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning a product unless:
- the wrong product was delivered;
- the product arrived damaged;
- the product has a manufacturing defect;
- SchoneMond Experience confirmed in writing beforehand that it would cover the return costs.
7. Damaged or incorrect products
Please check your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete product, contact us as soon as possible by email: info@schonemond.nl
Where possible, please include:
- your order number;
- a brief description of the problem;
- clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will always work with you to find a suitable solution.
